Done-for-you services

Backend support for founders who’d rather delegate than configure.

Two named tiers. A small team of operators that handles what distracts you from the work only you can do.

Distinct from the SaaS self-serve plans: nothing to log into, no prompts to write, no SOP templates to re-engineer. You hand the backend work over; the work shows up on Monday with a Friday wrap note. Use it as a ramp into the SaaS plans — or as a permanent layer for as long as the team shape calls for it.

The operational drag

The work that fills a week before the week even starts.

Most founders do not run out of vision. They run out of the four hours a day that disappears into inbox triage, calendar ping-pong, vendor follow-up, and the next board update. That is the operational drag — and it compounds the moment the team scales past three people or the budget lands at seven figures.

The ChiefDesk services tier exists for the leaders who would rather hand that work to a known operator than configure another dashboard. You bring the strategy; we bring the backend. The work that used to live in your head now lives in a weekly Monday deliverable loop.

What an AI Chief of Staff covers

Eight lanes of backend work — bundled into one engagement.

Every ChiefDesk services engagement starts with a discovery call to map which of these lanes are eating your week. The lanes below are the ones that show up most often.

Inbox triage & executive communication

Daily triaging of inbound email, drafting or queuing responses in your voice, and routing anything that needs the founder’s attention with a one-sentence summary.

Calendar control & meeting prep

Hold the calendar — protect focus blocks, schedule the right meeting format, and ship a one-page pre-read for every external or board meeting.

Vendor & contractor coordination

Track deliverables across your bookkeeper, web team, fractional CMO, legal counsel, and landlords — so nothing slips between contract, invoice, and follow-up.

Board & funder communication

Draft monthly board updates, quarterly funder memos, and grant status notes — grounded in your organization’s narrative and the constraints of the downstream reader.

Compliance, audit & document retrieval

Keep the corporate veil clean: annual filings, registered-agent updates, government-contract paperwork, and the audit trail that protects the founder from a 2 a.m. scramble.

Internal SOPs & operations playbooks

Capture what works in a one-page SOP, retire what does not, and turn tribal knowledge into a handbook a new contractor can read on day one.

Donor & customer pipeline

Maintain the donor/customer pipeline in the same spreadsheet or CRM your team already uses — with weekly notes that surface blockers before the deadline hits.

Weekly Monday deliverable loop

A predictable weekly cadence: what shipped last week, what is shipping this week, and the three open loops that need the founder’s decision. No more chasing.

Named tiered packages

Two tiers. Both hand off to the same AI Chief of Staff pipeline.

Pick by what your week looks like, not by feature list. The difference between tiers is scope and bandwidth — the floor underneath is the same Monday-deliverable loop.

Tier 01

Light Backend

Weekly rhythm. ~6–10 hours / month.

Best for solo founders or two-person teams who need the inbox and the calendar handled so they can stay on deep work.

What’s included

  • Inbox triage + drafted replies in your voice.

  • Calendar control + a weekly meeting-prep packet.

  • One board update / month + monthly KPI snapshot.

  • Monthly 60-minute operator review call.

  • Async response within one working day over email or Slack.

Rolling monthly engagement, cancel anytime after the first quarter.

Tier 02Most popular

Full-Stack Chief of Staff

Daily bandwidth. 20–40+ hours / month.

Best for executive directors, founders scaling past $1M, or teams that need the backend covered end-to-end — not just one or two lanes.

What’s included

  • Everything in Light Backend, plus:

  • Vendor & contractor coordination across the full book.

  • Board prep, funder memos, and grant status drafts.

  • Compliance + government-contract paperwork, with an audit trail.

  • Pipeline, SOP, and operations playbook maintenance.

  • Weekly Monday deliverable loop + Friday wrap note.

  • Two standing 30-minute calls plus an end-of-month strategy review.

Quarterly engagement; we re-scope at the end of each quarter against what was actually used.

Both tiers run on an annual contract billed monthly. Pricing is scoped per engagement after the discovery call — we do not publish a price sheet because the right answer depends on which lanes are in scope.

Get started

Start with a 20-minute discovery call.

Send a short note about your week. We’ll respond within one working day with a discovery-call link and a short reading list for whichever lane you named. The call itself runs against your real documents — not a generic pitch deck.

Average response: under one working day. The inbox behind the form is read daily by the founder.
